RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
At MK Electronics, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This Return and Refund Policy outlines
the terms and conditions for returns, refunds, and exchanges of products purchased from our store
or website.
1. ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS
We sell electronic appliances including Televisions (TV), Air Conditioners (AC), Washing Machines,
and Ovens. Due to the nature of electronic goods, returns are subject to the conditions mentioned
below.
2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
You may request a return under the following conditions:
– Product is damaged at the time of delivery.
– Product has a manufacturing defect.
– Wrong product delivered.
– Product is unused and in original packaging.
Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
– Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation.
– Products without original packaging, invoice, or accessories.
– Products installed and used beyond testing purposes (unless manufacturing defect confirmed).
– Physical damage reported after 48 hours of delivery
4. RETURN PROCESS
Step 1: Contact our customer support team within 48 hours.
Step 2: Provide order details, invoice copy, and photos/videos of the issue.
Step 3: Our team will inspect and verify the issue.
Step 4: If approved, pickup or service inspection will be arranged.
5. REFUND POLICY
Refunds will be processed under the following terms:
– If product is out of stock for replacement.
– If return is approved after inspection.
– Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
– Refund will be made to the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer. Customer must
provide valid bank details.
6. INSTALLATION AND WARRANTY
Most products come with manufacturer warranty. Installation and warranty claims after installation
should be directed to the authorized service center of the brand.
7. SHIPPING POLICY
– If return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged product), shipping charges will be borne by MK
Electronics.
– If return is requested for personal reasons, shipping charges may be deducted from refund
– Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days depending on your location.
8. IMPORTANT NOTES
– All decisions regarding returns and refunds will be made after product inspection.
– MK Electronics reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet policy conditions.
– Policy may be updated without prior notice.
